We are actively recruiting for a pending contract award supporting Army TRADOC Range Operations at the National Training Center (NTC), Fort Irwin, California.
Position Overview
The Range Planning Specialist executes the Range and Training Land Program and coordinates all Sustainable Range Program planning at NTC Fort Irwin. This individual operates ArcGIS, maintains the Range Complex Master Plan Tool, manages the Army Range Requirements Model, and writes large-installation Range Complex Master Plans.
Required Qualifications
All candidates must meet each of the following requirements. Applications that do not clearly demonstrate all qualifications will not be considered.
- 3 years of experience in range planning and modernization.
- 3 years of experience with the Range Complex Master Plan Tool (RCMPT).
- Experience with the Army Range Requirements Model (ARRM).
- At least 2 years of experience writing large installation Range Complex Master Plans.
- Knowledge and experience working with RFMSS.
