Job Summary
With over 30 years of experience, LRT Restoration Technologies specializes in commercial building envelope restoration, waterproofing, and concrete repair for existing structures, while also maintaining a strong focus on new construction building envelope solutions. Our work is dedicated to protecting and extending the life of a wide range of structures, including parking garages, commercial buildings, warehouses, and other facilities.
LRT Restoration Technologies is seeking skilled and motivated Masonry, Concrete Restoration & Waterproofing Foreman and Laborers to join our team. This is a hands-on role working on commercial building envelope restoration projects including façades, parking garages, industrial facilities, and other structures.
If you have experience in concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, or caulking, and enjoy working outdoors in a team environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Concrete restoration, structural repairs, and new construction support
- Commercial caulking, glazing, and joint sealants
- Air & moisture barrier systems
- Below-grade and fluid-applied waterproofing
- Traffic coatings (parking decks & elevated slabs)
- Expansion joint system installation
- Water repellents and facade protection systems
- Fire barrier systems
- Carbon fiber reinforcing (CFRP) applications
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in construction, masonry, or concrete restoration preferred
- Knowledge of building envelope systems is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, climbing, standing for long periods)
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with Procore or Bluebeam is a plus, but not required

Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour
