Baker Hughes has an opening for a Quality Control Technician in Leduc, AB.
Essential Responsibilities:
Ability to run appropriate tests and follow process/procedures.
Intermediate analytical and problem solving skills.
Report data and maintain documentation
Minor maintenance and calibration/verification of lab instruments
Interpretation and trending of test data to ensure quality and help drive improvement
Provide Quality related technical support to plant operators
Work with Supervisor to investigate non conformances and perform Root Cause Analysis
Assistance with other administrative or operational tasks as required
Transacting/yielding production in SAP
Full participation in plant HSE programs
Qualifications/Requirements:
Specialized vocational training or Associate Degree with 3+ years experience or University Degree.
LIMS and SAP experience.
2+ years chemical laboratory experience
Availability to work overtime including weekends as require
