Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Duties:
– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Take orders and serve orders promptly and accurately
– Provide recommendations on food selections based on guest preferences
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area
– Monitor alcohol consumption of guests and ensure responsible service
– Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow
– Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
– Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
– Previous experience is preferred
– Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
– Must be at least 18 years old (or legal drinking age in the respective jurisdiction)
– Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
