Proposal Manager, Burnaby, BC (Hybrid)
Our client has a new role for a talented Proposal Manager to join their team in the AEC sector. They offer a terrific culture, learning and development, where you’ll drive proposal efforts. What you’ll do:
Assist sales and marketing departments to create, develop and present compelling proposals to win large contracts
Follows and designs processes to improve stages for all involved in the progression
Manages the whole proposal process, makes suggestions to improve and develop strong and convincing reports and contracts
Communicates and sources answers to questions to assist with the development of a variety of proposals
Researches and communicates with internal and external teams to clarify direction of proposals
Track and maintain case study and resume files
What you’ll bring:
7+ years in the AEC sector, with a proven track record of proposal (RFQ, RFP, contracts etc.) and its terminology
Experience and knowledge of the Building Science sector required
Strong process driven and streamlining abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
Able to collaborate and partner with internal team members
Excellent writing and communications skills, clear and concise messaging
Solid computer skills, able to easily pick up and maneuver within new software
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
