Job SummaryKey Responsibilities
- We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained in optimal working condition. This role requires a blend of mechanical knowledge, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, painting, and general property maintenance. Must be reliable and be able to work independently, as your dependability is essential to our operations.
- Duties include
- Perform routine maintenance on various machinery and buildings
- Perform hands-on repairs such as carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, Plumbing, and minor construction tasks
- Maintain the building’s exterior and grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and general cleaning.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively.

- Other Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in various positions (stoop, kneel, crouch), and be available for on-call duties, weekends, or holidays as needed .
- Education: High School Diploma or GED; technical certifications in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry are preferred.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, manual dexterity, physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks .
Pay: $25.00 – $27.85 per hour
