Property maintenance tech position. Starting at $24/hour with room to grow. Ideal candidate will have experience in some if not most of the following areas:
- drywall repair
- carpentry
- basic plumbing
- flooring installation
- furnace/boiler troubleshooting
- landscaping/hardscaping
- concrete repair
- window/door installation/repair
- general interior renovation work
- exterior wood rot repair
- on call/after hours service calls
Candidates must have a vehicle to move between job sites and have a smartphone to communicate with our team. Must be capable of lifting 5 gallon buckets of paint and moving appliances in a lift team and must have a willingness to learn and work with one or more people on a task.
