Reporting to the Director Supply Chain, the Project Manager, Supply Chain will play a critical role in supporting the Supply Chain team (Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Systems and Supply Chain Operations) in managing key projects with a focus on Project Horizon related project to optimize and achieve operational efficiencies. This role will be integral to identifying, defining, organizing, and implementing the deliverables and tasks that are required for Supply Chain projects in a logical, timely, safe, and cost-effective manner.

Here’s What You’ll Get To Do:

Responsible for managing multiple major projects supporting all Supply Chain Departments, which will run simultaneously with varying degrees of complexity, size, and budget. Key projects are:

ERP Upgrades in related modules Strategic Sourcing and contract management model development and implementation Develop tools, manuals, guidelines, policies and procedures, templates, forms, and Intranet information to support project activities and processes.

Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client partners, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

Ensure new processes are clearly outlined and communicated to both internal and external partners.

Responsibility for managing and reporting of KPI¿s and compilation of Quarterly Business review in partnership with the Supply Chain leaders for CFO-Quarterly Business Reviews.

Development of material and data for a multi year Sourcing Plan as well as coordinating review with Strategic Sourcing key partners and Hospital Directors on a scheduled basis.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Combination of University education and/or experience in project management or Supply Chain will be considered.

Project Management experience required.

Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred, or evidence of working towards

Strong communication, facilitation, presentation skills

Excellent administrative skills, including record keeping, monitoring and organizational skills.

Ability to think strategically and have leadership skills in leading projects.

Advanced application of project management software tools and a strong level of competency with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint strongly preferred.

Ability to balance and integrate the needs of interested partners into strategies and solutions that align with the Hospital’s strategic directions and meet program/ department/ portfolio requirements.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and successfully manage in a complex, fast-paced environment with multiple and shifting priorities.

Innovative and creative problem solver; demonstrates exceptional judgment and decision-making skills.

Strong understanding of healthcare-hospital operations and experience engaging interprofessional teams.
