CRDN of Northwest Arkansas & Southwest Missouri is seeking a motivated, hands-on, and customer-focused Project Manager / Restoration Field Supervisor to join our growing team. This role combines project management, customer service, insurance coordination, and field operations leadership to ensure exceptional service for customers experiencing property losses.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage restoration projects from initial inspection through completion while also providing leadership and support to field teams performing pack-outs, cleaning, storage, and pack-back services. This position requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering world-class customer experiences during difficult situations.

Position Summary

The Project Manager / Restoration Field Supervisor is responsible for managing restoration projects from the initial loss inspection through final delivery and project completion. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters, contractors, and internal team members while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, profitably, and with exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Customer Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the restoration process.
  • Receive and manage new project assignments.
  • Schedule and conduct on-site inspections, including photographs and 360° documentation.
  • Gather loss details and develop comprehensive project reports.
  • Explain restoration services, answer customer questions, and obtain signed authorizations.
  • Build trust with customers during challenging situations and provide a high level of care and communication.
  • Provide regular updates to customers, adjusters, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
  • Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Insurance & Estimate Coordination

  • Prepare preliminary estimates using Xactimate and other restoration software.
  • Develop detailed project narratives and estimate documentation for insurance carriers.
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding project scope, approvals, supplements, and changes.
  • Obtain approvals for subcontractors, specialty equipment, additional labor, and project modifications.
  • Maintain compliance with insurance carrier guidelines and billing requirements.

Field Operations & Team Leadership

  • Coordinate field crews, schedules, equipment, and resources.
  • Conduct regular job-site visits to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor technicians on company procedures, documentation standards, packing methods, and contents handling.
  • Assist with pack-outs, cleaning, storage, inventory management, transportation, and pack-back activities as needed.
  • Ensure proper handling, wrapping, labeling, and documentation of customer belongings.
  • Monitor production goals, project timelines, and completion deadlines.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, including vehicles, equipment, warehouses, and job sites.
  • Participate in daily Work-in-Progress (WIP) meetings and communicate project updates.

Documentation & Inventory Management

  • Document contents using restoration software and inventory systems.
  • Photograph and record pre-existing conditions and restoration progress.
  • Create detailed project notes outlining scope of work, timelines, equipment needs, and site access information.
  • Maintain accurate project files, customer records, signatures, and insurance documentation.
  • Ensure inventories, materials, equipment, and consumables are properly tracked and accounted for.

Financial & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Monitor project costs, materials usage, and overall profitability.
  • Maintain job costing information and project financial records.
  • Review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with billing, collections, and payment follow-up when necessary.
  • Submit project documentation required for invoicing and claim settlement.
  • Support company profitability goals through efficient project management and scope development.

Business Development

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with insurance professionals, contractors, and referral partners.
  • Identify opportunities to expand project scope and provide additional services when appropriate.
  • Represent CRDN professionally in the community and help strengthen brand awareness throughout Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri.

Emergency Response

  • Participate in on-call rotations for emergency restoration services as needed.
  • Respond to new losses and coordinate emergency services in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Experience in restoration, insurance claims, project management, construction, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, and restoration software platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items as required during restoration projects.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Northwest Arkansas & Southwest Missouri

Schedule: Full-time, including participation in an on-call rotation for emergency response services.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
