Revive Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager based in Canada who is interested in relocating to Dubai and joining our growing team.
Founded by two Canadian engineering graduates, one a Mechanical Engineering graduate from McGill University and the other a Civil Engineering graduate from Concordia University, Revive has grown into a leading residential contractor delivering high-end renovation projects across Dubai. Today, we are a G+4 contractor specializing in luxury villa and apartment renovations, interior fit-out, landscape construction, swimming pools, and in-house joinery. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who shares our commitment to quality, leadership, and delivering exceptional projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from mobilization through to final handover.
- Manage Project Engineers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house trades.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and project stakeholders.
- Review drawings, resolve technical and commercial issues, and drive project execution.
- Monitor project costs, procurement, variations, and overall project profitability.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and company standards.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager with a contractor.
- Proven experience managing residential construction, renovation, or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule.
- A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
