We're building Uplift AI, an AI-powered SEO platform that helps businesses automate and scale their search presence. We're a small, scrappy founding team (Canada + India) looking for our first sales hire in Canada to help us go from early traction to real scale.

What You'll Own

1. Inbound Lead Conversion You'll be the first touchpoint for leads coming in. Reach out fast, pitch the product, get them to subscribe, and hold their hand through onboarding. Speed and follow-through matter here.

2. Influencer & Creator Partnerships Cold outreach to AI/SEO creators on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. We have an affiliate/rewards program. Your job is to get creators talking about us and driving signups through their audience.

3. Outbound Prospecting at Scale Build and run automated outreach (LinkedIn automation, cold email) targeting:

• Digital marketing and SEO agencies across North America
• SMBs and brick-and-mortar businesses that need local SEO (clinics, auto shops, salons, restaurants, and more)
• When volume is low, pick up the phone and call.

You're a Fit If You….

• Have startup experience (you've worn 5 hats at once and loved it)
• Have sold SaaS or subscription software (you understand churn, trials, and LTV)
• Have sold or marketed AI tools (bonus points)
• Understand SEO basics well enough to have a credible conversation with a business owner about why their Google ranking matters
• Are based in Canada and comfortable with the North America market
• Are a self-starter who can build pipeline from scratch, not just work a handed-to-you list
