Role Overview: Project Manager to lead transformation initiatives, including new product launches (health & dental), across multiple workstreams within an insurance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project execution and launch planning
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment
- Manage timelines, schedules, and deliverables
- Support change management and training readiness
- Coordinate with operations and customer-facing teams
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Handle customer-related queries and implementation activities
