Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The role involves working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines
  • Track project progress and ensure adherence to milestones
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records
  • Support coordination between design, operations, and field teams

Stakeholder Communication

  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors
  • Prepare and share regular project updates and status reports
  • Attend meetings and document key discussions and action points

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain project trackers and dashboards (Excel, Zoho, Asana, etc.)
  • Prepare reports on project status, risks, and performance
  • Ensure proper documentation of all project-related activities

Procurement & Field Support

  • Assist in procurement processes including RFQs and purchase orders
  • Track material delivery and ensure alignment with project timelines
  • Support coordination with site teams and subcontractors
  • Conduct site visits when required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination / operations
  • Understanding of project management principles (scope, schedule, risk, communication)
  • Experience with project management tools (Excel, Zoho, Asana, or similar)
