Job Description
EverGlow Clean is seeking hardworking and reliable home cleaners to join our team. As a local business, we provide cleaning services to clients in Sarasota and surrounding areas. This position is as a contracted cleaner at our company, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule on our platform, specifying the hours you wish to work and the areas you prefer. Our friendly support team will handle booking appointments for you based on your availability. We believe in fairly compensating our cleaners for their hard work, and therefore offer pay above the minimum wage. Specific details about the position will be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms.
- Execute various cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing surfaces, and window washing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care.
- Maintain proper sanitation protocols by disinfecting high-touch surfaces and ensuring all areas meet health standards.
- Care for flooring through appropriate methods like carpet cleaning, floor polishing, or buffing to preserve their appearance and longevity.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with every visit.
- Follow safety procedures diligently while using cleaning equipment and handling cleaning chemicals responsibly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $19.21 – $24.15 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
