Production Worker
A well-established abrasives manufacturer located in Spring Valley is looking to hire a Production Worker. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a manufacturing or production environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform general production and manufacturing tasks
- Bundle, package, and assemble abrasive products and materials
- Assist with machine operation and production equipment
- Conduct basic quality inspections of finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Assist with other production-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
- Ability to stand and work on feet for an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to understand safety instructions, training materials, work orders, and workplace communications
Work Environment
- Industrial/manufacturing environment
- Exposure to machinery, dust, and noise typical of manufacturing operations
- PPE required (& provided)
Pay: $16.00 per hour
