JOB POSTING: Production Worker (Mississauga, Ontario)

Only qualified candidates will be contacted for further consideration.We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Seasonal Production Workers to join our dynamic team at Golfballs.com. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are ready for distribution during the busy seasonal period.
Responsibilities:
Operate production stations in a safe and efficient manner.
Assemble and package products according to company specifications.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to production standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 15-20lbs.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Working Hours:
Your schedule may vary as demands change
Responsibilities occasionally require an adjusted work schedule, evening and weekend hours.
Expectations:
· Communication with all operations team members professionally
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
· This position requires accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.
· Ability to stand for long period of time, climb up ladder
· Ability to operate hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
· Intermediate computer literacy
· Forklift experience – unable to operate forklift until certified by Golfballs.com
· Keep all work areas clean
· Be punctual for your shift
· Know your surroundings and flow of department for best safety practices
· Meet goals/tasks assigned within the department
· Pay attention to detail

o Provide manager with at least an hour notice when not able to attend work as scheduled informing your manager of the arrangements made for coverage
o Able to work Saturdays if needed to meet company goals
