Fun Treats, Inc. is now hiring for a full-time Production Supervisor.
Responsibilities of Production Supervisor:
- Train & supervise employees (10-15 employees per shift).
- Ensure all food quality, food safety, and workplace safety standards are followed.
- Monitoring equipment and flow of raw materials to ensure unimpeded operations.
- Work with Maintenance to identify and resolve issues with machine operations.
- Conduct checks and counts throughout shift.
- Collect and submit production records & other forms daily.
- Consult with other Production Supervisors to ensure a stable shift handover.
- Consult with Management in employee reviews.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualities we are looking for in candidates:
- Exceptionally dependable, honest, and trustworthy
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to time manage and multi-task
- Basic math skills and ability to operate basic MS Office programs
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred
- Forklift experience and/or certification helpful
- Bilingual in Spanish helpful
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Must be able to handle physical workload
- Must be able to tolerate warehouse conditions (non-temperature regulated building)

- Schedule: Quarterly Rotating Shifts (Rotates in Jan, April, July, Oct) Monday – Friday 1st 6:30AM – 3:30PM / 2nd 2:30PM – 11:30PM / 3rd 10:30PM – 7:30AM
- Some Saturdays required
