Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with concrete and possess a strong understanding of construction processes.
Duties:
– Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete
– Utilize power tools and equipment to shape and finish concrete surfaces
– Work on construction sites to complete concrete projects within specified deadlines
– Assist with concrete forming, masonry, drywall, frame carpentry, and other related tasks as needed
– Operate a concrete mixer to prepare the appropriate concrete mixture
– Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality workmanship in all projects
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in concrete finishing and construction work
– Proficiency in using power tools for concrete work
– Knowledge of commercial driving for transportation of materials
– Ability to weld and work with various construction materials
– Familiarity with building techniques such as framing, masonry, and drywall installation
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project specifications closely
Preferred Skills:
– Experience in concrete forming and pouring
– Ability to build and construct using various materials
– Familiarity with different types of finishes for concrete surfaces
