As a result of business success and increased customer demand, Crosslink Technology is looking to expand its Production team and are looking for a Cast Parts Production Operator.
Duties
· Production of cast parts products as per customer requirements and Company quotas
· Be knowledgeable with the handling properties of materials used.
· Manufacture parts at the quality level required.
· Report any non-compliance issues or concerns immediately to Cast Parts Lead Hand and/or Plant Manager.
· Follow Company safety procedures and escalate any health and safety issues to management including reporting of near miss situations.
· Be engaged with the company’s 5S, Lean and continuous improvement program.
· Ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications and Experience
· Completion of Secondary school diploma.
· WHMIS knowledge.
· 1+ years experience working in industrial production.
· Good ability to work in a team environment.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to self-motivate and organize priorities to ensure customer and Company needs are being met.
Starting hourly rate is based on skills and experience. Benefits include 3 weeks of paid vacation, summer hours between June-September and time off between Christmas and New Years.
