Responsibilities
- Own discrete product areas across the platform, partnering with engineering, design, and applied AI to take ideas from rough concept to launched feature
- Talk to users regularly, dig into product data and agent performance metrics, and use what you learn to decide what to build next and what to cut
- Write clear specs, user stories, and launch plans that give the team a shared understanding of the problem, the solution, and how success will be measured
Qualifications
Required
- Recent grad or early-career professional with 0 to 2 years of experience in product management, product analytics, consulting, or a related field
- Strong communicator and writer who can frame problems sharply and align engineers, designers, and stakeholders around a clear direction
- Solid grounding in product thinking, user research, and the basics of how AI and machine learning systems shape product behavior
Preferred
- Internship or project experience as a product manager, associate PM, or product analyst at a tech or AI-focused organization
- Track record of moving fuzzy problems toward concrete decisions in fast-moving environments where priorities shift week to week
- Hands-on comfort with SQL or analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel, basic familiarity with LLMs and agentic products, and experience running lightweight user research
