Who We Are
We are a family-owned meat processing business working closely with local livestock producers to provide our community with high-quality, locally raised beef, pork, and lamb. Transparency, hard work, and community matter here, and we take pride in what we produce from start to finish.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone 18 years or older who enjoys hands-on work, can stay focused under pressure, and takes pride in learning new skills. No two days are the same in our shop, so reliability, curiosity, and a positive attitude go a long way.
If you like working with your hands, being part of a tight-knit team, and aren’t afraid of a cool, fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Break down beef, pork, and lamb into retail cuts
- Make brats, snack sticks, and other specialty products
- Package and label finished products
- Assist with custom orders and daily shop tasks
- Support all areas of production as part of a team-based workflow
