Pre-K Teacher (Full-Time)
Role: Preparing Young Minds for Kindergarten & Beyond
We are seeking a strong, structured, and nurturing educator to lead or support our Pre-K classroom. This role is ideal for someone who understands that early education is the foundation of lifelong success. What You’ll Do: Deliver structured, school-readiness focused learning Build early literacy, math, and social skills Create a calm, organized, and engaging classroom Communicate professionally with parents Track and support each child’s development We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has experience in preschool or Pre-K settings Is organized, dependable, and takes initiative Maintains high classroom standards (not just supervision) Brings both warmth and structure to the classroom
Summer Program Teacher (Seasonal / Full-Time or Part-Time)
Role: Creating a Fun, Safe, and Enriching Summer Experience
We are looking for an energetic and responsible teacher to lead our summer program with a balance of fun and structure. What You’ll Do: Plan engaging activities (arts, outdoor play, themed days, etc.) Keep children active, safe, and engaged Maintain routines while making summer exciting Encourage teamwork, confidence, and creativity We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has high energy and enjoys working with children Can manage groups in active environments Is reliable, positive, and proactive Why Join A2Z Academic Foundation? Skills
- Strong background in early childhood education with experience in preschool settings and daycare environments
- Proficiency in curriculum development across various subjects including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori techniques
- Expertise in working with children of diverse backgrounds, including toddlers and children requiring special education support
- Excellent classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies
- Effective communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members
- Ability to plan lessons that incorporate standardized testing results to track growth and achievement
