Power Tool Inspector Needed Jobs in Peachtree Corners, GA at Staffing Priorities
We are seeking candidates with a construction background that have used Dwalt , Milwaukee or similar Power Tools to Inspect these tools troubleshot/see if they are working properly or broken beyond repair.
The ideal candidate will need to have 5+ yrs recently using power hand tools from working in construction or mechanic type industry, who understands how these tools work/sound like when they are working properly and troubleshoot to problems that the tools may (or many not) have.
Duties
- Conduct quality inspections on a variety of power tools such as drills, saws, nail guns, pressure washers, and all brands of power tools that you might use in construction.
- Test the tools to ensure they are working properly
- Collect data related to that item and log it into the system
- You must be comfortable standing at a work station during your shift, inspecting, cleaning up to tools in a fast paced production environment.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions taken.
- Provide feedback on product quality issues and recommend solutions to enhance overall quality assurance efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or working with a variety of power tools (construction, framing, building, handy man), etc.
- Enter Data of your findings on a tablet (computerized)
- Must be able to inspect boxes of items within a certain timeframe
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Live within a 15 mile radius of 30340
- 5yrs. + yrs. Exp. working with a variety of power hand tools (Dwalt, Milwaukee, Bosh)
- Clean criminal background
- Clean Drug Screen
- Reliable transportation (must be at work on time every day)!
- Mature and dependable
- Knowledgeable about any tools used on a construction/building project
- Able to focus on the job without being distracted by your phone or other things
Pay: $18/hr.
Hours: 6:15am-3:30pm Monday-Friday (occasional Sat.)
