Job description:
We are a property management company serving vacation rental properties along the Crystal Coast. We are seeking a seasonal pool and spa technician for our high-paced vacation rental company. Must have a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle with insurance. Weekends are required.
Duties & Responsibilities: Completion of daily work orders. Work orders consist of, but are not limited to:
- Check water for chemical levels
- Balancing ph and chlorine levels
- Cleaning pools
- Winterization of pools and hot tubs
- Assisting in pool repairs
- Work well without supervision
- Work well in a team structure in a fast-paced environment
- Weekends are required
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s license
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable vehicle with the ability to transport materials
- Certified Pool & Spa Technician Certification preferred
