What You’ll Do
- Service and maintain pools to ensure clean, safe, and balanced water conditions
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair pool equipment
- Diagnose leaks and identify larger repair needs
- Perform seasonal services (openings, closings, winterizations)
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal team
- Maintain accurate service records (logs, photos, notes)
- Keep your vehicle and equipment clean and organized
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on pool service experience for service techs
- Strong knowledge of water chemistry and pool systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
