Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, with experience in hospital settings and acute care. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs to improve patients’ mobility and quality of life across diverse age groups, including pediatrics. The Physiotherapist will collaborate closely with medical staff to deliver comprehensive treatment plans that meet individual patient needs. A solid understanding of medical terminology and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes in accordance with healthcare regulations
- Assist in the development of rehabilitation programs for various conditions such as post-surgical recovery, neurological disorders, or pediatrics cases
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients during therapy sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited program
- Valid license or certification to practice as a Physiotherapist in the respective region
- Prior hospital experience preferred, especially in acute care settings
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent patient care skills with compassionate communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare standards
Pay: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
