We are seeking an engaging, organized, and growth‑minded Site Director to lead our Prospect outpatient physical therapy clinic. This role is ideal for a physical therapist who excels at motivating teams, strengthening culture, and ensuring outstanding patient care.
As Site Director, you will oversee clinical performance, daily operations, staff development, and community presence — all while helping a high‑performing team continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Team
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to clinicians and administrative staff.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
- Lead staff meetings, performance check‑ins, and ongoing development.
- Drive Operational Excellence
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, clinic flow, and day‑to‑day operations.
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, patient outcomes, and service quality.
- Partner with leadership to meet visit, revenue, and margin goals.
- Champion Clinical Quality
- Ensure evidence‑based practice and excellent patient experience.
- Support clinicians with case consultation and documentation best practices.
- Uphold compliance and clinical standards across the clinic.
- Grow the Clinic
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local providers, schools, and community partners.
- Support marketing, screenings, and outreach efforts.
- Represent the Prospect clinic professionally within the community.
Qualifications
Required
- Licensed Physical Therapist in CT
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire teams and manage performance effectively.
Preferred
- Experience as a Clinic Director, Lead Therapist, or Site Manager.
- Interest in community outreach and program growth.
