Transitions Physical Therapy & Wellness Center is a clinician-owned private practice located within a wellness center setting. We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing team.
Our practice includes both orthopedic care and a longevity-focused division, allowing us to work with a wide range of patients focused on strength, mobility, and long-term function.
This is NOT a high-volume clinic.

Role Overview
This position will primarily focus on orthopedic and active adult patients, with opportunity to work with performance-based clients as the practice continues to grow.
