About the Role
Mosquito Man Inc. is seeking dependable and motivated Pest Control Technicians to join our growing team for the upcoming season. This role involves working outdoors across your assigned region, delivering essential pest control services that help our clients fully enjoy their outdoor spaces.
As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for completing scheduled services, travelling between job sites, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in representing the company in the field while maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality service standards.
This position is ideal for individuals who are self-driven, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking to build experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver pest control services to residential and commercial clients
- Travel between job sites using company-provided vehicles and equipment
- Apply pest control products safely and in accordance with industry regulations
- Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Generate and encourage customer reviews (Google reviews)
- Maintain accurate service records and notes using mobile apps
- Perform routine equipment checks and ensure proper usage
- Represent the Mosquito Man brand with professionalism at all times
- Sell additional services and packages to new clients, neighbours and current clients
What We’re Looking For
- Valid G driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50–80 lbs repetitively
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures carefully
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to sell and upgrade packages for clients and new clients
Experience (Preferred but not required)
- Experience in pest control or a similar field
- Customer service experience
- Familiarity with mobile apps, checklists, and reporting tools
- Past selling experience or customer service
Schedule
- Monday to Saturday, with weekends as needed
- Potential early-season start for selected candidates
