JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People & Culture Manager to

. This will be a stand-alone position and the ideal candidate will be solely responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and fostering a positive and

ROLE
RESPONSIBILITIES
Commitment to learn and apply Legends Values, and Business Principles Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the company’s goals and objectives
Oversee recruitment and hiring processes, including building job descriptions, job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Manage employee relations, including
conflict resolution
, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote
career advancement
Administer payroll, RRSP and benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
Conduct monthly safety meetings and inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Implement
diversity

initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and

Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR activities, including employee files and payroll information
