About the Role

Do you have a passion for art and animals? We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Paw Print Artist to bring meaningful memories to life through custom-designed paw prints.

In this role, you’ll combine artistic talent with craftsmanship to create personalized paw print pieces that customers cherish forever. Working under general supervision, you’ll transform requests into high-quality, commercially successful designs, each one as unique as the pet it represents.

What You’ll Do

No matter the task, you’ll always prioritize quality, safety, and ethics while:

• Creating custom-painted paw prints, including portraits, landscapes, and realistic fur details
• Interpreting customer requests and translating them into beautiful finished pieces
• Tracking and managing orders using Paws-e-Track and email systems
• Verifying custom work using reference photos to ensure accuracy
• Applying vinyl names and design elements using AI tools and silhouettes
• Adding protective and decorative finishes to completed products
• Shaping clay, preparing materials, and assisting with kiln operations as needed
• Inspecting finished pieces to ensure they meet company quality standards
• Maintaining tools, materials, and a clean, organized workspace
• Supporting team initiatives, training, and continuous improvement efforts
• Jumping in to help with other studio tasks when needed

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Formal education in Art or a related field is a strong asset

Skills & Strengths

• Strong ability to paint pet portraits, landscapes, and realistic fur textures
• A genuine passion for art and animals
• High creativity with strong design and conceptual thinking
• Excellent attention to detail, you take pride in getting things just right
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Working Conditions

• Active role involving sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and carrying
• Use of PPE (provided), including safety glasses, respirators, and steel-toe boots
• Occasional overtime or weekend work during peak periods
• Work environment may involve varying temperatures
