PAINTING SUBCONTRACTOR CREWS (2–3 PERSON TEAMS)

We’re looking for experienced, professional 2–3 person painting crews who can run jobs independently, deliver high-quality work, and handle clients properly.
No micromanagement. No babysitting.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Residential interior & exterior painting
- Full prep, priming, spraying, rolling, finishing
- Running your own job site start to finish
- Handling client communication + final walkthroughs
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–3 person crew with strong experience
- Fluent English (client-facing professionalism)
- Clean, reliable, punctual
- Own reliable vehicle
- Own equipment (sprayers, ladders, tools)
- WCB + Liability Insurance (REQUIRED – verified)
HOW WE OPERATE
- Crews run jobs independently
- Minimal oversight
- Clear scopes and expectations
You handle the work, the details, and the client.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE STANDARD
- Professional communication at all times
- Clean, organized job sites
- Final walkthrough with homeowner required
- Touch-ups handled before completion
QUALITY STANDARD
We warranty all jobs and expect professional-level work.
- Proper prep, priming, and application are standard
- Work must meet manufacturer specifications and industry best practices
- Clean, consistent finish on all projects
Work should be completed to a standard that holds up—no rework required
PAY STRUCTURE
- Trial: First 3 jobs (hourly)
- After trial: Subcontract / per-project rates
- 20% holdback until completion + client satisfaction

ACCOUNTABILITY
- Crews are responsible for their work quality
- Any deficiencies must be corrected prior to final payment
- Work must meet agreed scope and standard
