This is hands-on exterior construction work—roofing, siding, and repairs. It’s physical, fast-paced, and requires focus. It’s not for everyone. But for the right person, it’s a solid path to making good money and building real-world skills that last.
Whether you’re just starting out, looking to get out of a dead-end job, or want to get into the trades, we’re willing to train the right person.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work alongside an experienced crew and learn how to:
- Install and repair roofing systems (shingles, rubber, metal)
- Work on siding projects (vinyl, LP, and more)
- Perform exterior repairs and solve real-world problems on homes
- Assist with post-frame building projects
- Use tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently
- Understand how a professional jobsite runs from start to finish

No experience required—we train the right people.
Experience in construction is a plus, but not required.
