Job Summary
Come join are team as a painter for this summer! We offer full paid training and incentive based pay. Every employee has oppurtunity to be promoted to crew chief during the summer and have a management role. Painters will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and coatings to a variety of surfaces in residential settings. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and ensure quality finishes that meet project specifications. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every job.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Use hand tools and power tools such as brushes, rollers, airless paint sprayers, and scaffolding to apply paints, stains, and sealants accurately.
- Execute commercial painting projects involving large-scale surfaces like stucco exteriors or masonry structures.
- Be able to meet project deadlines and work efficientyl
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic
- Must be 18 years old
- Citizen of U.S.
- Able to work outside
- Able to carry 50lbs
- Get along with others and work as a team
Pay: $17.50 – $25.00 per hour
