Outside Sales Representative – Trim/Doors Jobs in Walled Lake, MI at Asa Builders Supply Co.
ASA Builders Supply is looking for an outside salesperson to sell trim moulding and doors to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Measuring homes
- Writing up orders
- Scheduling deliveries
- Meeting with customers
- Delivering material to jobsites.
- Work directly with customers to recommend products and services to fit their needs with the intention of developing leads to grow the business
Requirements:
- Must have knowledge of doors, trim moulding, and stairs
- Ample math skills needed for accurate measurement of homes.
Starting pay: $50,000. Company van (with insurance and gas credit card) is given to salesperson.
Hours: Monday thru Friday, about 7am to 4pm roughly.
Training: We typically start our outside salespeople at the inside sales counter to learn our products, paper flow, and computer system. After time, we put the salesperson on the road.
Deliveries: Besides selling and measuring, salespeople will be delivering and picking up material in their company van. Must be able to carry up to 100 lbs. Salespeople have a few deliveries a week.
