Experienced Concrete Coatings Installer (Polyaspartic & Polyurea) Jobs in Syracuse, IN at Titan Concrete Finishes
Titan Concrete Finishes is looking for an experienced concrete coatings installer who can immediately contribute to our team. This is not an entry-level position. We are only considering applicants with professional experience installing polyaspartic and polyurea concrete coating systems. Applicants without experience in this field will automatically be declined.

Pay:
- $30.00–$32.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Full-time W-2 position
- Overtime available
- Performance-based bonuses
- Performance-based raises
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Typical hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (some days may run until approximately 5:00 PM)
- Employees report to our shop in Syracuse, Indiana each morning before traveling to job sites throughout Northern Indiana.
Required Experience:
Applicants must have at least three years of professional experience installing polyaspartic concrete coating systems.
You should already be proficient in:
- Installing polyaspartic/polyurea garage floor systems
- Diamond grinding concrete using Lavina or comparable equipment
- Concrete crack repair
- Moisture mitigation systems
- Full-flake broadcast systems
- Cutting in edges
- Proper product mixing and installation techniques
- Operating as both a crew leader and hands-on installer
Equipment Experience
Experience with the following is required:
- Lavina grinders (or similar planetary grinders)
- HEPA dust collection systems
- Hand grinders
- Crack chasing equipment
- Professional dust-control equipment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Ability to kneel, bend, and work on concrete floors throughout the day
- Comfortable working around concrete dust, coatings, and construction materials
- Ability to work 10-hour days when necessary
- Valid driver’s license required

- Have only painted or rolled epoxy floors without installing full polyaspartic systems
- Cannot pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Do not have a valid driver’s license
- Have attendance or reliability issues
