The Role: Outside Sales Representative
As an Outside Sales Rep, you’ll be responsible for generating your own opportunities, meeting with homeowners, and closing deals. This is a fully field-based role where your effort directly determines your income.
No experience? No problem. Our 14-Day Fast Start Program is designed to get you up and running quickly with the skills needed to succeed.
What You’ll Do (Daily Responsibilities)
- Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals, etc.. (100% self-generated)
- Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs
- Present solutions and close deals
- Manage your pipeline and follow up on opportunities
- Hit and exceed weekly/monthly performance goals
Compensation (Uncapped Commission)
- Entry-level reps earn 8% of gross revenue per deal
- Experienced reps may qualify for higher commission structures
- Once you reach $2.5M in revenue → earn 10% of gross profit
- 8 deals/month is the standard performance benchmark
- Top performers earn $80,000 – $180,000+ annually
