Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building connections, has a passion for sales, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Identify and target potential customers in the designated market
– Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
– Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
– Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
– Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
– Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
-commission up to 10% in some products
Experience:
– Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role
– Strong account management and customer service skills
– Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Familiarity with Onsight or other CRM software is preferred
– Knowledge of technology sales is a plus
-Experience in Bakery and pastry sales Extra
