What YOU will need:
- Experience in fulfillment/logistics or order processing preferred, but not required
- Experience using Excel spreadsheets is required
- Able to drive forward multiple priorities simultaneously
- A proactive problem-solver and process-improver
What YOU will do:
- Monitor order status and follow up on pending orders to ensure all orders get fulfilled
- Process, review and drop orders on a daily basis across multiple eCommerce platforms
- Ensure all invoices, tracking #’s, shipments and orders are consistent with systems and accounting on a daily basis
- Coordinate with the warehouse for accurate reporting of inventory, verify and adjust inventory as needed
- Communicate with other departments on sales orders or inquiries
- Prepare packing lists for the Warehouse team
- Monitor multiple systems throughout the day to be informed and prepared for pickups, delivers and shipments
- Communicate daily with carriers regarding service levels and monitor their on-time performance
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time, hourly position.
Pay: Paid bi-weekly by direct deposit or check.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM. This position requires 40+ hours a week depending on workload.
