**Key Responsibilities:**
– Receive, process, and prioritize incoming customer orders through various channels.
– Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
-Manage inventory levels and optimize storage space.
– Utilize order management software and systems to update order statuses and track shipments.
– Address customer inquiries related to order status, shipping times, and product availability.
– Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with orders, inventory, or shipments.
– Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
**Qualifications:**
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
– Prior experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a similar role preferred.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy to prevent errors in order processing.
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Familiarity with order management software and inventory management systems is advantageous.
– Physical ability to lift and move packages of varying sizes and weights.
– Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
