ClearLight Eyecare, a newly established clinic in the vibrant community of North Vancouver, is seeking an enthusiastic Optometric Assistant/Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As we embark on this journey, we are committed to providing exceptional eye care services while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for both our team members and patients.
Responsibilities:
Deliver unparalleled customer service to our valued clients
Assist customers and patients in selecting eyewear that best suits their needs
Perform adjustments and fittings for eyeglasses frames to ensure optimal comfort and functionality
Manage administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, insurance billing, and addressing patient inquiries and concerns
Conduct pre-testing procedures to facilitate the optometrist’s assessments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an optometry clinic is preferred but not required
1+ years previous Customer Service Experience required
