OVERVIEW
The housekeeping attendant position is responsible for the cleaning and preparation of cabin accommodations, public spaces, buildings, and Resort facilities in a fast-paced environment. Cleaning tasks and duties performed in a safe, sanitary, economical, and efficient manner for facility use by guests. Shifts include days, weekends, and some holidays. Standard First Aid and WHIMIS would be an asset, but not necessary as on-site training will be provided as necessary. 1 year of experience preferred.
JOB DUTIES
Under the direction of the Housekeeping Team Leader(s), you will have the following responsibilities:
o Clean and sanitize all buildings and cabins for guest use.
o Stock and sort supplies.
o Vacuum, clean dust and polish guest cabins and Resort Facilities. Making beds, changing sheets, cleaning bathrooms/kitchens, removing trash/recycling, and replacing towels and toiletries
o Deliver items to cabin guests.
o Reporting any maintenance notes or concerns to your Team Leader.
o Perform rotation cleaning and laundry duties, as required.
