You will lead end-to-end operations with responsibility for execution, performance, and team alignment across dispatch, planning, and yard coordination. Your focus is ensuring loads move on time and according to service expectations, while stepping in quickly to resolve issues and prevent repeat breakdowns.
You will manage multiple teams including dispatch, yard operations, and safety, setting clear expectations, establishing performance metrics, and building accountability across departments. Safety and compliance remain a core part of the role, working closely with internal teams to maintain standards and address incidents effectively.
You will also act as a key operational contact for customers, handling escalations and maintaining consistent service delivery. In parallel, you will support business growth by assessing operational feasibility for new opportunities, contributing to customer discussions, and ensuring new accounts are onboarded smoothly.
The role includes oversight of yard flow, equipment utilization, and system usage to drive efficiency and data accuracy. You will report directly to senior leadership with structured updates on operational performance, customer issues, safety metrics, and overall efficiency.
