Responsibilities:
Dispatch Management:
Efficiently coordinate the deployment of taxis to meet customer demands.
Monitor and manage the daily schedule of drivers to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery.
Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact between drivers and customers, providing clear and concise instructions and information.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and requests from both drivers and customers in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Real-Time Monitoring:
Utilize dispatch software and tools to track the real-time location of vehicles and adjust assignments as needed to optimize efficiency.
Respond promptly to unforeseen events or disruptions to maintain smooth operations.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with drivers to overcome obstacles and provide timely solutions.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including trip details, driver information, and customer interactions.
Generate reports to analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in dispatching or a related field.
Familiarity with dispatch software and tools or strong IT background.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
