Optimization
and
Continuous Improvement
) team is responsible for optimizing the Payroll Service Center (PSC) processes in order to continue offering quality service to our customers, while taking into account their constant growth.
Being a Technology Project Manager on the OAC team means :
– acting as the CSP’s resource person for projects requiring RPAaS involvement
– Steering technology projects and ensuring that they perform according to the expectations of the mandators
– Act as crisis manager for PSC breakdowns and incidents
– Monitor deployments and coordinate the efforts of these initiatives
– Work in
collaboration
with various stakeholders to ensure that projects run smoothly.
– Propose initiatives to optimize and improve PSC business processes
– Identify and analyze operational and customer impacts, and make recommendations
– Keep management informed of the progress of all projects
– Represent operations on various internal committees (CRM, telephony, IT maintenance, etc.)
