Business Systems Analyst – Lending & Integrations
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with expertise in lending products, API integrations, and cloud-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand lending business processes and system needs.
- Support the implementation and integration of lending solutions such as Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS).
- Manage and coordinate API and third-party system integrations.
- Collaborate with technical teams on Azure SaaS and cloud-based platform implementations.
- Create and maintain business requirements, process flows, data mappings, and other project documentation.
- Support testing activities, including requirements validation and defect analysis.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of lending products and processes, including LOS and LMS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and system integration projects.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and integration architectures.
- Experience working with Azure SaaS or other cloud-based platforms.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Knowledge of data mapping, system workflows, and microservices architecture.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in Agile and fast-paced project environments.
