Key Responsibilities:

Manage the company’s e-commerce platform(s), ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales.

Customer Engagement:

Use digital marketing tools and techniques to engage and retain online customers.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling online campaigns.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

Drive lead generation efforts to increase the online customer base.

Implement strategies to convert leads into sales, including follow-up and nurturing.

Online Presence:

Enhance the company’s online presence through effective use of social media, SEO, and other online channels.

Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track online sales performance, customer behavior, and key metrics.

Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of online sales strategies.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

Work closely with marketing, product, and IT teams to align online sales strategies with overall business objectives.
