Full job description
Donna’s Country Kitchen, known for her home-made-style baking in Farmer’s Markets and Fall Craft Fairs. We are building our team and have an immediate opening for an energetic individuals in the roles of Baker Assistant.
Key Responsibilities include:
Ability to learn quickly.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English both oral and written form
Possess strong customer service qualities
Use of mixer, commercial oven and dishwasher equipment
Cleaning and sanitizing of bakery equipment
Daily production of baked goods
Receiving and rotating of ingredients
Works in a safe and responsible manner
Frequent lifting up to 20 pounds
Frequent hand coordination, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting
Occasional lifting of between 20-50 lbs including waist level and low level lifts
Constant standing, walking, gripping, reaching
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
