Office Administrator(North York) – Full Time – In-Person Jobs in North York at Advance Mortgages

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, including front desk duties, budgeting, vendor management, and clerical work. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be proficient in QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:
– Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
– Assist with budgeting and financial tracking, including expense reports and invoice processing
– Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and sending out meeting invitations
– Supervise and train administrative staff, ensuring they adhere to office policies and procedures
– Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
– Assist with vendor management, including ordering supplies and negotiating contracts
– Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
– Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
