What Trail needs:
As a Showroom Administrator, you will work very closely with customers and the showroom teams therefore, active listening and problem-solving skills are your areas of strength. Your time will be spent 50% customer facing and 50% completing administration functions.
You will support customers with inquiries over the phone, email and in person and be responsible for collecting payments, managing cancellations and returns and in-store transfers. You have impressed others with your attention to detail, communication skills (both written and spoken), ability to multi-task and type 40 wpm, all with a smile on your face. You are process driven, identifying any opportunity for improvement and comfortable with computer applications.
Compensation: $22.50/h

Hours of work: Tuesdays to Saturdays, may include Friday evenings and weekends.
What you will be doing:
Provide exceptional service to all customers and be approachable as you are their first point of contact (Hence, the smile uD83DuDE0A).
Field any incoming calls and inquiries.
Assist in administrative duties to run store administration.
Collaborate with our Sales and Customer Support Team to provide timely, proactive service and support.
Take initiative to find creative approaches that make each customer’s experience feel personal.
Build relationships and a great rapport with customers.

What you bring:
Experience working in an administrative/customer service role.
Fast and accurate data entry skills with the ability to multi-task.
Experience managing customer conflict and escalation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Must be able to work occasional weekends.
